These terms cover your use of TOUGE at touge.events. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
TOUGE is a listings platform. Hosts publish car events; anyone can browse them and tell a host they are coming. We do not organise, run, inspect or supervise any event listed here, and we are not a party to the agreement between you and a host.Where an event charges for entry, tickets are sold on the host's own ticketing site under their terms, not ours.
You need to be at least 16 to have an account. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
By publishing an event you confirm that:
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to display and distribute it for the purpose of running and promoting the platform — including in link previews when someone shares your event.
Motorsport and driving events carry real risk of injury, death and damage to property. You take part at your own risk and on the terms the host sets. Check the host's own requirements before you go — licences, safety equipment, vehicle scrutineering and insurance are between you and them.
Marking yourself as going is a signal to the host, not a ticket and not a guarantee of entry. If you cancel, do it in good time so the host can plan.
You can report an event or a problem from the event page or the footer. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will try to tell you why.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before any change that would significantly affect events already published.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that happens at an event, for a host's acts or omissions, for an event being cancelled or changed, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
